Our Team

Neil, known affectionately as "Tomi" founded Tower Heating in 1990 alongside his friend Steve Power, with a vision of providing reliable, high-quality heating services to the local community. For over three decades, Neil built Tower Heating into a trusted family-run business, known for its excellent service and strong team values. Neil’s sons Greg and Stuart have taken up day to day running of the company to allow him some time to enjoy golfing and the odd holiday in Spain with his wife Kim.

Stuart ensures company operations runs smoothly overseeing everything from system improvements to business upgrades. With an engineering degree specialising in renewable energy his leadership keeps Tower Heating at the forefront of the industry. Find Stuart skiing on the slopes of the Alps' or hiking in the Lake District in his time off. One of his greatest joys at Tower Heating is speaking to customers who chose us on a whim and have since become customers for life!

Greg is our lead surveyor and takes great pride in helping customers find the perfect heating solution for their home. Passionate about customer care, Greg enjoys meeting homeowners and ensuring they receive the best possible service and protection they need. A keen golfer, Greg is a member of Hillside Golf Club and loves nothing more than hitting a few balls in his back garden. The most rewarding part of his role is seeing our team help people when they need it most.

Lewis leads all major marketing efforts focusing on proactive campaigns, business development, and brand strategy. He’s worked across various industries from legal services to the charity sector scooping up a number of awards. Outside of work, he enjoys watching boxing, playing football and stand up comedy.

One of the longest serving members of the Tower Heating team, Keith is a highly skilled gas engineer and an expert in boiler fault diagnosis. He brings extensive experience to every job and is also a qualified electrician, giving him the skills to tackle even the most complex jobs. When he’s not keeping homes warm, Keith enjoys relaxing with his two little dogs Stella and Millie and his favourite film is, rather fittingly, Heat.

Steve has been a valued member of the Tower Heating team since 2019, specialising in servicing, repairs, and boiler maintenance. He also covers maintenance of fires, ensuring our customers receive quality service and peace of mind however they heat their home. Steve is a keen golfer and holidaymaker; he and his wife have travelled to the same resort in Olu Deniz, Turkey, for almost two decades!

Phil is an expert in heating system breakdowns and maintenance, using his indepth knowledge to diagnose and fix complex heating problems. He takes great satisfaction in saving the day for our customers. Family life extremely important to Phil, he loves spending time with his wife, two children, and their dog, Daisy. Weekends see him cheering on his son at football games across the North West.

Ste joined Tower Heating after over 5 years at British Gas, bringing a wealth of experience in boiler installations and servicing. He values the personal and quality touch of a family-run business and takes pride in delivering thorough work for our customers. Living in Widnes with his wife and two children, Ste enjoys family time and making the most of his weekends playing golf.

Nige is one of the most skilled and efficient boiler installers around. He provides quality installations, expert system knowledge and goes the extra mile for our customers - he has been known to put up a few shelves on certain jobs! A team player, Nige is regularly mentioned in our five-star Google reviews. And when he’s not fitting boilers, you’ll find him walking his dog and spending time with his family.

Kieran is known for his keen eye for detail and commitment to excellent customer service. Born and raised in Southport, he is a now a proud homeowner and takes just as much pride in delivering high-quality installations to other homes too. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves escaping to the Canary Islands or Turkey for a well-earned holiday.

Ben joined Tower Heating in 2022 and is a fully qualified gas engineer determined to deliver the best service possible to all our customers across the region. His hands on approach to solving problems and finding heating solutions makes him a vital member of our team. Outside of work, Ben is a dedicated Everton fan which results in some friendly banter with our customers and engineers.

Ollie caught our attention at Southport College’s Apprenticeship Fair, where his polite manner and willingness to learn shone through. Always keen to get stuck in and help on any job, Ollie is eager to develop his skills as an engineer. A lifelong Liverpool supporter, he also plays as a goalkeeper for his local football team, bringing the same level of focus and dedication to saving the day when our customers have a problem.

Harvey first joined us on work experience, but impressed so much we had to keep him on as a full-time apprentice. He continues to shown great potential. Originally from Maghull, Harvey is a passionate footballer and cricketer, playing for Maghull Cricket Club. His experience with Tower Heating so far has been very  positive, saying, “Everyone is really welcoming, they are great people and really helpful.”

Leanne has kept our office running smoothly since 2020. She loves getting to know customers over the phone, understanding their concerns and making sure everything is in place to provide them with great service. She even solves the odd problem over the phone! Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family, trips to Wales and the Lakes, and long walks with her French Bulldog, Buzz.

Jean is one of the original members of Team Tower having been here for over 15 years, what she doesn’t know about the business isn’t worth knowing. She not only helps customers but also manages our accounts too. Her favourite part of the job is, of course, the people! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family—especially her grandson Jack who she spoils.

Clare is a vital part of our friendly office team. She loves working for a family business that truly cares about our staff and our customer. Dedicated to customer care and diary management, she continues to stay on top of all the work we have coming in. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, sharpening up her barbering skills and exploring new places with her family and dog, Rubble.

Alex brings 30 years of customer service experience to Tower Heating. Liverpool born and bred, she loves helping customers and making sure they feel listened to and understood. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, especially growing orchids, and spending time with her dog, Ted. Heating is in her blood, if the sun’s shining and it’s over 25 degrees, that’s her perfect holiday spot for her!
