Our Team

Founding Director Neil aka Tomi was originally born in Altrincham and moved to Ainsdale when he was 3, he founded Tower Heating with pal Steve Power back in 1990 and the rest they say is history. Neil now spends time playing golf and holidaying in La Cala, Spain with his wife Kim. His favourite thing about Tower Heating is by far being part of a great team!

Stuart manages the overall smooth running of the company from accounts to system upgrades and everything in between! When he’s not working Stuart can be found ski-ing on the most dangerous slopes of The Alps or hiking in The Lake District. His favourite part of working at Tower is watching the young apprentices grow in terms of skills, confidence & maturity.

Greg has been a Director of Tower Heating since 2014 alongside his brother Stuart and Dad Neil and does the majority of our boiler surveys, where he matches the best appliance to your home and budget. A keen golfer since the age of 8, Greg is a member of Hillside Golf Club and his favourite holiday destination would be golfing on the Costa Del Sol! Greg loves working with a fantastic team of people and being able to help customers in their hour of need!

Laura joined the company in 2018 and manages Tower’s Marketing Strategy. In Laura’s spare time she enjoys running and walking her dog Cooper and is currently training for the Great North Run. Laura enjoys travelling with her family and her favourite holiday destination would be anywhere in Italy.

Leanne joined Tower Heating in 2020 and runs the office along with other staff members. Originally from Liverpool, Leanne spends a lot of her spare time in Wales and The Lakes having quality time with her family and walking her French Bulldog, Buzz. Leanne’s favourite holiday destination is Singapore and her favourite part of the job is getting to know and helping customers.

Jean is an original member of “Team Tower” having been with the company 14 years (and counting). Being a key part of the office team, as well as helping customers Jean also manages our accounts, however the favourite part of her job is the people! Jean spends her spare time with friends, family and her grandson Jack and enjoys reading and walking.

Clare joined Team Tower in 2020 and runs the office alongside other staff members. Clare loves to cook in her spare time and her speciality dish is Chilli Con Carne. Clare can often be found off on an adventure with her family and little Westie dog “Rubble”. Clare enjoys working at Tower as it’s a small family business that cares about their staff.

Keith has been with us for 7 years and being one of our senior engineers is an expert in Boiler Fault Diagnosis. As well as being a highly experienced gas engineer, he is also a qualified electrician. Keith’s favourite film is quite fittingly, HEAT and he has two Shitzus’ Stella & Millie.

Steve joined Tower Heating in 2019 and specialises in Servicing, Repairs & Maintenance of boilers and fires. In his spare time, Steve plays golf and is a member of the Golf Society. His favourite holiday destination is Olu Deniz in Turkey, where he and his wife have holidayed for the last 16 years.

Phil is an experienced maintenance and repair engineer. He specialises in breakdowns, which are his favourite part of the job as he loves to problem solve and use his experience to work out how to fix any heating issue. Phil also enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children and dog Daisy! His weekends are usually spent watching his son play football in different games around the North West!

Originally from Widnes, Nige joined the Team in 2021 and quickly became one of our most talented & proficient Boiler Installers (Nige has also been known to knock up a few shelving units for lucky customers, whilst he’s fitting your boiler!!) In his own time Nige plays for his local St. Michael’s Football Club. His favourite part of the job is “Working with a small but great team!”.

Kieran has been with us since 2019 and has proven himself to be an excellent member of the boiler install team with a great eye for detail and customer service. Kieran was born in Southport and likes to spend his spare time with family and friends, holidaying in the Canary Islands or Turkey.

Another aspiring Gas Engineer, apprentice Ben joined us in 2022 and is currently completing his Level 3 Gas qualification at Southport College. Our only Everton fan, Ben spends most of his time either playing football or working on and driving cars, in fact Ben’s dream job, aside from being a Gas Engineer, would have been a Car Designer!

We originally met Ollie at Southport College’s Apprenticeship Fair. His confidence & courteous manner impressed us immediately and we knew he’d be a great addition to Team Tower. Another keen footballer, Ollie is a lifelong Liverpool fan and also goalkeeper for his local team.

Harvey joined the team recently after impressing us so much during his 2 weeks of work experience that we couldn’t let him go!! Originally from Maghull and yet another Liverpool supporter (sorry Ben) Harvey is a keen footballer and cricket player and is a member of Maghull Cricket Club. He has found his time so far at Tower Heating very enjoyable, “Everyone is really welcoming, they are great people and really helpful at showing me and explaining about the things I am learning.”
